Income limits and rent levels

Income limits and rent levels are published annually by the Illinois Housing Development Authority and these rents are based on those established by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Currently, Hillside Senior Apartments offers units based on income limits under the 60% Area Median Income (AMI), and 30% AMI. Rents are based on which AMI level an applicant’s annual income falls under. The tables provided outline specific income limits and their corresponding rent levels.

*The numbers listed in the chart are based on 2024 rents. Rents are subject to change slightly based on current allowable rents at the time of construction completion.
